Great Line-up of Performers for the Easter Vintage Festival
This year visitors to the Easter Vintage Festival will also be entertained by some wonderful music and singing from local artists like:

GREG KRUGER– Playing the organ.

LEITH MCKLIMONT– Supporting the Toowoomba Children’s Hospital Appeal.

BURTON FAMILY– A very talented Family, singers, stand up comedians, Andy, Chris, Jeff and Rob Burton.

RAE BLINCO– Plays the organ, request your favourite song, plays for the dances.

LYNNSAY FRYER– Local artist- musician extraordinaire.

GRAHAM KIRKLAND– Bush Poet.

BEV KAHLER– Local Musical Talent.

MEL & MUM LANCASTER– Mel & Mum Singalong the old favourites.

FRANK BEHAN– Country and Western Singer.

LES WHEADON, COL TONSCHECK & TIM PETER– Treo Band from Maclagan.

KELLY’S ARMOUR BAND- Kellys’ Armour is a two piece band entertaining all ages with their wide range of music from folk, blues, jazz, and a touch of country.

CHAD  SWABY- Chad Swaby is known widely around the south east folk scene for his Bob Dylan sound and style of music. A writer and musician in his own right who has just released Soldiers and Slaves  a much awaited debut album. Definitely  not one to be missed Chad will be performing his own songs as well as some lovely folk classics.

MICK LINDSAY,  Jeff Brown,  Stars and Idols, Rae Blinco and many others. With everything from "country fried rock" from Mick to some quiet traditional ballads to bag pipes, there will be music for all ages and tastes. So you can relax to a quiet tune or get your toes tapping at the Easter Vintage Festival.

Highfields Pioneer Village
receives Australia Day Award
This years' Australia Day celebrations at Highfields Pioneer Village were a huge success with well over 3,000 people in attendance. Aussies celebrated with live music, billy tea and damper and a visit from Ned Kelly. It was an exciting day for our hard working volunteers with the efforts being recognised with the honour of receiving an Australia Day Award for Community Organisation.
